Rachel Bravo’s practice focuses on complex business litigation matters. She has experience in commercial litigation, entertainment matters, partnership disputes, corporate buy-outs, and fiduciary issues.

Prior to joining Valle Makoff LLP, Ms. Bravo worked for the Legal Aid Society Employment Law Center and Unified Family Court in San Francisco.

Ms. Bravo earned her J.D. in 2009 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, California. While in law school, she received the CALI Excellence Award and the Witkin Award in Contracts, and was President of the Hastings chapter of Law Students for Reproductive Justice. Ms. Bravo also served as a mentor in the Law Academy program at Mission High School in San Francisco. She received her undergraduate degree in Political Theory and Law and Society from the University of California, San Diego in 2006.
