Rachel Bravo’s practice concentrates on complex business and media litigation. She has experience in commercial disputes, partnership and fiduciary law, entertainment and Internet claims, as well as corporate/partnership buy-out transactions. Ms. Bravo recently second-chaired a two-week arbitration in Los Angeles, representing a private equity firm in an acquisition-related dispute involving indemnification and accounting issues. Ms. Bravo also has experience investigating and obtaining celebrity anti-stalking orders.

Prior to joining Valle Makoff LLP, Ms. Bravo worked for the Legal Aid Society Employment Law Center and Unified Family Court in San Francisco.

Ms. Bravo earned her J.D. in 2009 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, California. While in law school, Ms. Bravo received the CALI Excellence Award and the Witkin Award in Contracts, and was President of the Hastings chapter of Law Students for Reproductive Justice. Ms. Bravo also served as a mentor in the Law Academy program at Mission High School in San Francisco. She received her undergraduate degree in Political Theory and Law and Society from the University of California, San Diego in 2006.
