  • Successfully representing Yahoo! Inc. in a merger-related government investigation; and
  • Co-counseling a Ninth Circuit case with the ACLU to successfully remove a sexual orientation discrimination policy from government-funded foster care and adoption organization.

In addition to his litigation experience, Jesse has negotiated a variety of corporate transactions including entity formation, operating, stock and asset purchase agreements, intellectual property licenses, and executive and artist agreements.

Active in public interest matters, Jesse serves as the Chair of the ACLU Next Board, Director on the Board of SOL-LA Music Academy, and Chair of the Board for Angels at Risk, a non-profit offering substance abuse counseling to at-risk teenagers and their families.  While in law school, Jesse taught “Street Law” civics to low-income teenagers.
