Ilan Wisnia started his career as an in-house attorney at Lions Gate Entertainment. While there, he focused on transactional matters relating to international film distribution. He recently joined Valle & Associates in early 2008.

Mr. Wisnia’s practice focuses on complex commercial and business litigation matters. He also has litigation experience in matters involving employment law, intellectual property and international law.

Mr. Wisnia also has a commitment to public service and pro bono legal work. Since becoming licensed, Mr. Wisnia has served as a volunteer attorney for Bet Tzedek Legal Services. For his efforts, Mr. Wisnia was selected as a recipient of the State Bar of California's Wiley W. Manual Award for Pro Bono Legal Services, one of the most prestigious pro bono awards given in the state.

Mr. Wisnia earned his law degree in 2006 from Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in International Relations from Tufts University in 2001. Mr. Wisnia is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
